Remember, international shipments can sometimes take extra time to get through customs (up to six weeks in some countries!), but if you feel that your order is taking too long, please let us know.
We try our best to QA everything and make sure you get exactly what you ordered, but we do make mistakes from time to time. If you have any issues at all just send us an email and we’ll sort it out!

PRODUCTION
Great news! Many pieces from the new collection are starting to arrive from the caster, and the rest are set to be cast over the coming weeks. We’ve started preparing packaging, bagging chains, setting gemstones, and all of the other little tasks that need to be done in preparation for fulfilling orders. We’re very excited to start shipping soon!
SHIPPING
We hope to begin shipping at the end of July, and fulfillment will take a few weeks to complete. We will be shipping via USPS, and you will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.
Once shipped, US shipments typically take about 2-5 days to arrive and international shipments take 1-4 weeks. Shipping times have been much better recently than they have been over the last year or so, but please be patient as there are still logistic and covid-related issues that pop up all over the world from time to time.
IMPORTANT: On July 18th, we will be locking down orders, and BackerKit will start charging credit cards for those of you who added items to your pledge. If you need to update your order or your shipping address, you will have access to your survey until then to do so.

A quick update to say a massive THANK YOU for helping us launch another collection of tiny animal skulls! Once again we have many repeat backers (some of you have backed ALL of our campaigns! Amazing!) and welcome to all of the new backers, too! We really appreciate all of your support and for helping to spread the word about Fire & Bone.
NEXT STEPS
Soon after the campaign wraps up at the end of May, you will receive a survey at the email address you use to log into Kickstarter. It will allow you to select which pieces you want based on your pledge amount and ask for your shipping address. It will also give you the opportunity to increase your pledge amount to add additional items to your order, if you choose.
All of the Fire & Bone skulls from all of our previous collections with be available as add-ons. We'll bundle and ship everything with your Kickstarter reward so you'll get everything at the same time at no additional shipping cost.
